Sentosa Pass with Cable Car Rides and Choice of Two (2) Experiences 

• Each registered and paying guest under this package will be allotted a Sentosa Pass, which includes cable car rides and a choice of two (2) experiences. 

• All adults and children above the age of three (3) years are required to have a valid Sentosa Pass to enter Sentosa Island. 

• Entitlements are provided per registered guest as per the room booking details with a maximun of 2 tickets per room. 

• Guests will be provided with e-tickets to be exchanged for wrist bands/entry tickets at the Singapore Cable Car counters. Click here to see the choices available here.  

• Ticket redemption is required at any Singapore Cable Car counters and is valid for on-day usage only, no partial redemption allowed. 

• For SkyHelix Sentosa & Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony, reservation of seat can only be made over the counter on intended date of visit. Advance booking on reservation portal is not available for Flexi Pass holder. 

• Tour schedule and itinerary are subject to changes without prior notice. 

• All attractions/tours/restaurant dining choices is subject to availability, on a first come first serve basis. 

• Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car. 

• Passes are non-transferable, valid only during the stay period, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 

• Lost or unused passes will not be reissued, extended, or refunded. 

National Museum of Singapore and Singapore National Gallery 

• Each guest is entitled to 1 full access ticket to both National Museum of Singapore and Singapore National Gallery.  

• Tickets are subject to the operating hours and availability of the respective galleries/museums. Once requested and processed for a specific date, dates cannot be amended. 

• Tickets are valid for one-day entry during the stay period only. 

• Passes are non-transferable, valid only during the stay period, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 

• Lost or unused passes will not be reissued, extended, or refunded. 

Starbucks Coffee Inclusion 

• Complimentary Starbucks coffee is provided at the hotel reception area via the self-serve Starbucks machine. 

• Entitlement is limited to one (1) coffee per registered guest per stay night, based on the number of persons included in the room booking. 

Ya Kun Kaya Toast Set Inclusion 

• Guests will receive a voucher for a Ya Kun Kaya Toast Set, valid for redemption at any Ya Kun Kaya Toast outlet across Singapore. 

• Each registered guest is entitled to one (1) set per stay, based on the number of persons included in the room booking.
