- Each guest is entitled to 1 full access ticket to both National Museum of Singapore and Singapore National Gallery.
- Tickets are subject to the operating hours and availability of the respective galleries/museums. Once requested and processed for a specific date, dates cannot be amended.
- Tickets are valid for one-day entry during the stay period only.
- Passes are non-transferable, valid only during the stay period, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Lost or unused passes will not be reissued, extended, or refunded.
