Guests must register for the complimentary 2-way transport by 27 March 2026, 11.59pm. Late registrations will be subject to vehicle capacity and are not guaranteed. Guests are required to be at the designated pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The hotel provides transport as a complimentary service and shall not be held liable for any delays due to traffic or external factors. In the event a guest misses the scheduled departure or return shuttle due to late arrival or personal reasons, the hotel will not be liable for providing or reimbursing alternative transportation. The Chingay @ Heartlands celebration is a community event; the hotel is not responsible for any last-minute changes to the event program, timing, or weather-related cancellations.
