Christmas Wonderland Tickets

• Guests are entitled to Christmas Wonderland Ticket as part of this package
• Christmas Wonderland operates exclusively between 29 November 2025 1 January 2026. Please note that the festival will have concluded for guests intending to visit on or after 2 January 2026.
• Guest must confirm with hotel staff their intended participation date and preferred entry timing upon check-in.
• Tickets are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and valid only on the date of issuance.
• The hotel will not be liable for any ticket refund if guest miss their designated time slot. Guests are advised that if they miss their slot, they should check directly with the festival staff on-site regarding the possibility of late entry.

Starbucks Coffee Inclusion

• Entitlement is limited to one (1) coffee per registered guest per stay.
• Complimentary Starbucks Coffee will be dispensed from our self-serve Starbucks Machine located at the hotel reception.

Festive Spread for Buffet

• Festive Themed breakfast buffet will be offered at Café 23 from 15 December 2025 – 28 December 2025.

Complimentary In-Room Minibar

• Complimentary mini-bar concession includes a selection of one (1) packet of dried apricot, one (1) packet of local biscuits, one (1) can of Coca-Cola, one (1) Coconut drink (500ml or equivalent Coca-Cola can), and one (1) can of beer (or equivalent Coca-Cola can), provided once per room, per stay.
