Upon Arrival
- Fire Escape Plan
On entering your room, please study the fire escape plan on the back of your room door. Establish the route towards the nearest fire exit that you would take in case of fire.
- Fire Alarm Call Points
Locate and confirm the positions of the nearest fire alarm and extinguisher on your floor.
If You Discover A Fire
- Raise the Alarm
Upon detecting any fire or smoke, break the glass of the nearest fire alarm call point and call for help by pressing Emergency on the telephone.
- If Possible, Put Out the Fire
Use the nearest fire extinguisher or fire hose reel to put out the fire, without putting yourself at risk.
- Evacuate
Should the fire get out of control, close all doors behind you and leave the building immediately via the exit staircase. Do not use the elevators.
If You Hear The Fire Alarm
- (A) First Fire Alarm
If you hear the first fire alarm, remain alert and prepare to evacuate.
(B) Second Fire Alarm
If you hear the second continuous fire alarm and are directed to evacuate by the public address system, please ensure you bring along your room keycard and proceed to leave the room immediately by the nearest exit staircase.
While evacuating, if the escape route is blocked by debris or fallen objects, kindly proceed back to your room and call for assistance.
In the event of smoke, please keep yourself close to the floor and crawl to the nearest fire exit following the EXIT directional signs located at floor level.
- Do Not Attempt To Pack Belongings
Time is precious. Do not attempt to pack your belongings in case of fire. Save your life first.
- Do Not Use Lifts / Elevators
Never attempt to use lifts / elevators to evacuate. Use the exit staircase instead.
- Do not attempt to re-enter the hotel
If You Are Trapped In Your Room
- Inform Someone of Your Presence
Call the Telephone Operator, bang the door or signal the people outside from the window to attract attention.
- Keep the Fire Out
Wet your towels or sheets and wedge them under the door to prevent smoke from entering the room.
Remember:
- If you are caught in the smoke, take short breaths and crawl to the nearest exit. Air nearer the floor is cleaner and less likely to contain deadly gases.
- Do not jump out of the building if you are above the ground floor. Rescue might just be a few minutes away.
- Press Emergency on your telephone for assistance in case of emergency.

Airport
Singapore’s Changi International Airport is located 20km and Seletar Airport is located 18km from the hotel and approximately 25 minutes away by car. We recommend leaving the hotel at least two hours prior to your flight departure.
Banking
A number of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are available in the vicinity, with the nearest ATM located 5 minutes away in Clarke Quay Central Shopping Mall.
Should you require full service banking facilities, a wide selection of local and international banks are available at the Raffles Place Financial Hub, which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
Do check operation hours before visiting the banks.
Currency Exchange
The local currency is in Singapore Dollar. Currency conversion is available for hotel guests at the Reception on Level 3, based on prevailing exchange rates displayed at the lobby.
Otherwise, authorised money changers are aplenty within walking distance in People’s Park Complex, Chinatown. You are advised to check the amount and collect receipts for your transactions.
Durian
Although known to be the ‘king of fruits’ to fans, durians are acknowledged to have an acquired taste. We regret that durians are not permitted within the hotel premises due to the strong odour they emit. Penalty charges may apply.

Police can be contacted by dialling “999”, ambulance by “995”. For misplaced items at the airport, please contact the customer service officers at (65) 6595 6868. If you have lost your passport in Singapore, you must first report the loss of your passport at any Police Station, Neighbourhood Police Centre or Neighbourhood Police Post, without delay.
Be calm; contact your Embassy, High Commission or Consular Office to apply for a replacement of your travel document. For assistance, dial “0” for the Duty Manager.
Government Offices
Government offices and agencies in Singapore generally operate on Mondays to Fridays from 8.00am to 5.00pm. It is advisable however to confirm beforehand as the operation hours may vary.

Singapore is a multi-cultural and cosmopolitan city. The main languages spoken are English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil. Please contact our Duty Manager should you require any assistance.
Medical
First Aid Box and AED are available in the hotel premises and non-prescription medicine can be purchased at the pharmacy located at Chinatown Point Shopping Mall. The nearest hospital, Singapore General Hospital, is located 7 minutes’ drive from the hotel, near Outram station. For in-house doctor, dial “0” for the Duty Manager.
Neighbourhood
Park Regis by Prince Singapore is located next to Singapore’s most vibrant entertainment hub, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Robertson Quay and Chinatown, which is also within easy access to major tourist attractions as well as the Central Business District (CBD). The hotel is surrounded by several National Monuments and historic sites of Singapore which can be easily explored by foot.
Public Transportation
The nearest Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station is Clarke Quay Station which is 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Should you require a taxi, it is advisable to book in advance if you need to travel during peak hours. As the hotel is located within the Central Business District, fares boarding from the hotel are subject to a peak hour surcharge levied by the Land Transport Authority in addition to the metered fare. Other information and arrangements for public transportation can be facilitated through our Concierge.
Sightseeing
Jump on the City Hop On & Hop Off bus for the most comprehensive way to see the best of Singapore including the spectacular views of the Singapore Flyer, Civic District, Chinatown, Kampong Glam (Malay enclave), Little India, Esplanade, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. Other sightseeing arrangements can be made through Concierge.
Shopping
The hotel is a mere 5 minutes’ stroll away to Chinatown and 15 minutes’ drive to Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier shopping precinct. Other shopping malls include Clarke Quay Central which is a 5 minutes’ walk, Raffles City and Marina Square which is a 5 minutes’ drive and VivoCity which is a 8 minutes’ train ride to HarbourFront MRT station.
Supermarket
The nearest supermarket is located 5 minutes’ walk away at Clarke Quay Central Shopping Mall and Chinatown Point Shopping Mall.
Weather
The climate in Singapore is tropical with dry and rainy seasons. Humidity is generally high and thunderstorms during the dry season are not uncommon. Unless a dress code is specified, cool casual attire is generally recommended.

Adaptors
Each room is equipped with multiple sockets at the writing desk suitable for international plugs. Additional adaptors are available upon request. The standard voltage in Singapore is in the range of 220V to 240V.
Air Conditioning
Each room features individual climate control with a control panel that allows you to select a temperature of your personal comfort. Should you wish to maintain your preferred temperature setting, please do not remove your keycard from the energy saver socket.

For your convenience, a wide variety of quality amenities are provided with compliments for use in your room.
Bedding
Each room features a luxurious bedding set consisting of convoluted foam bed toppers, lightweight hypoallergenic microcloud pillows topped with 400-thread count 100% Egyptian cotton bed linens. Should you require extra pillows, blankets, baby cots, sleeping bags or extra bed to be placed in Regis Room (available at a nominal fee), subject to availability, please contact Housekeeping.
Breakfast
International buffet breakfast is available at Level 1 from 6:30am to 10:30am daily.
Cooking
Cooking, including the use of kettle for other purposes other than to boil water, is not permitted within the room and penalty charges may apply for any damage caused. Should you prefer to dine in the comfort of your room, room service is available from 11.30am to 9.30pm. Alternatively, you may proceed to the two onsite restaurants available at level 1.
Do Not Disturb
For privacy status, please press the ’Privacy’ button located beside your door inside the room. To deactivate, press the switch again until the red light extinguishes. Kindly be advised that you may only activate one function at a time between the Privacy and Make Up Room switches. The ‘Privacy’ sign takes precedence if both switches are depressed at the same time. Please inform the Operator if you do not wish to receive any telephone calls.
Drinking Water
As part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, enjoy the convenience of a built-in filtered drinking water dispenser, ensuring eco-consciousness seamlessly. Tap water is safe to drink in Singapore.
Electricity
To activate the power supply in your room, please place your key card into the energy saver socket located beside your door inside the room. The voltage in Singapore is 220V to 240V. Transformers are available upon request for electrical equipment operating on different voltage.

Internet
The hotel’s common areas are wireless-enabled. Iron & Ironing Board
Your room is equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. You may alternatively refer to the laundry list and call us for pressing services.
Keycard
Simply tap your keycard on the lock sensor in order to enter your room or activate the elevators. Upon entering the room, insert your key card into the energy saver socket located beside your door inside the room to activate the power supply.
Please note that when the keycard is retracted from the socket, power supply to all electrical equipment will be disconnected.
In keeping with our policy of saving the environment through recycling, kindly return your keycard to the Reception upon departure. Penalty may apply for lost key cards.
Kiblat
A directional sign pointing towards the holy city of Mecca for prayers is located inside the left- hand drawer of the writing desk. For guests staying in Studio Suit King Room, the directional sign can be located inside the first drawer below the coffee & tea making facilities compartment.
Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing
Laundry, dry-cleaning & pressing services are available. Kindly refer to the laundry list located inside the wardrobe for details. Alternatively, a 24-hour self-service Laundromat is available at Basement Level. Tokens can be purchased from Reception.
Kindly be advised that hanging of cloth line is not allowed in the room. Penalty charges may apply.
Lighting
The lighting in your room can be individually controlled. The master switch by the bedside is designed to control all lighting appliances based on your last preferred manual settings.

Make Up Room
Your room will be cleaned on a daily basis. For prioritised servicing of your room, please press the ‘Make Up Room’ switch located beside your door inside the room.
